Last year’s MI Simulcast, held on Friday, May 11, 2007, was one of the largest gatherings of business leaders ever. “The Maximum Impact Simulcast is about helping people advance.” said Jeremie Kubicek, CEO/President of Atlanta-based GiANT Impact, owner of Maximum Impact. “When you leave MIS you will be better equipped as a leader to connect with your team in a manner that fosters growth and builds strong relationships.” The business model for the MI Simulcast consists of partnering with churches to bring relevant business and leadership training to workplace leaders in their local community. The use of churches is a logical choice because of their desire to provide relevant leadership solutions for the business leaders in their community, as well as providing a venue extremely conducive to hosting a live satellite presentation.
Simulcast founder Dr. John C. Maxwell is the author of such best-selling books as The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership and The 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork. He also is the founder of Maximum Impact and INJOY, organizations dedicated to providing resources and training for personal and professional growth. Every year he speaks to Fortune 500 companies, international government leaders, and organizations as diverse as the United States Military Academy at West Point, Chick-fil-A, Wal-Mart, the National Football League, Mary Kay, and the Indianapolis 500 Drivers.
The MI Simulcast: Advance is open to all churches in America and will focus on helping each participant in attendance whether live or via satellite, advance at work, in life and as individuals. Each speaker will illuminate certain qualities akin to their personal careers and experience and provide in-depth perspective on how to unleash the influential leadership power in yourself and those around you.

The Millionaire’s Club Vows to Create 1,000 Millionaires in Five Years
Chandler, AZ (Feb. 18, 2008) – Two Valley professionals ( Jim Engel and Brett Tanner ) are promising to turn 1,000 entrepreneurs into millionaires by 2013 by giving them direct access to documented millionaires in a mastermind format that allows participants to gain access to their knowledge, processes, and actions that lead to their success.
“Our organization really stresses the importance of hard work,” said Jim Engel, one of the organization’s founders. “We tell our members that becoming a millionaire is about much more than making money. The true value is what you become along the way; the money is just a by-product of success.”
The group meets at 11 a.m. on the second Saturday of each month at Garduno’s restaurant at the Chandler Fashion Center Mall. There is no charge to join the group. Each two-hour meeting includes a $10 lunch buffet and a guest speaker who will answer questions from the group after their 45-minute presentation. Networking opportunities are available at the end of each meeting.
The Millionaire’s Club will hold their second meeting on March 8 at Garduno’s. Guest speaker is Tom Murphy. Mr. Murphy was the founding partner of Tom Hopkins International. Tom and his partner Tom Hopkins started their sales training company in one office in 1975. Over the next 20 years they built their company into one of the largest sales training organizations in the world. They touched the lives of millions of people and companies around the world with higher productivity and higher incomes.
Engel and his partner, Brett Tanner, plan to build the organization into a successful resource for participants by teaching them different avenues of success, money, wealth, and abundance. Individuals interested in joining the organization are encouraged to attend one of the monthly meetings – and to come prepared with an open mind and thirst for knowledge. The organization brings in speakers who are documented millionaires from various backgrounds, industries, and education. Engel and Tanner’s mastermind group allows them the opportunity to pass along their personal secrets of success to other entrepreneurs.
“Success is only sweet when you can really share it with others,” said Tanner. “We’re not trying to sell anything to anyone, or to pitch them on any business ventures. We’re simply giving them the resources and tools to become more successful in their own lives and industries.”
The organization’s first meeting was held on Feb. 2 and attracted more than 100 people. Engel and Tanner founded the Millionaire’s Club in January of this year. Engel is a lending professional who has worked in the Valley for 9 years, doing over 8000 loans in his career. Tanner is a Valley real estate agent specializing in single family real estate investments with positive cash flow.

The Millionaire’s Club of Phoenix, Arizona has the formula for success, and will be creating 1000 new millionaires by the year 2013.
Phoenix, Arizona – The Millionaire’s Club of Phoenix, Arizona has announced that they will be creating 1000 more millionaires in that city by the year 2013. Moreover, the long-term goals of the Millionaire’s Club are exceptional, with their intention to continue their trend for millionaire-creation over the next 60 to 100 years.
This group has discovered the power in numbers, and that the more people there are reaching toward a goal, the greater the odds of their successes. Therefore, they are appealing to ethical, intelligent, committed, and very hard working individuals who wish to join the Millionaire’s Club goal and reap the financial rewards.
The Millionaire’s Club functions under the belief that success isn’t something that just happens. It is the result of the proper application of a specific formula which as been time-tested by people who have achieved great wealth over hundreds of years. With this formula, and enough dedicated individuals, they feel it is safe to say that each member of the Club will become a millionaire if only they stay the course and do their part.
The success formula used by the Millionaire’s club is based on – and taught by – the successes of documented millionaires who are willing to share their own secrets to achieve. With such direct access, members receive the knowledge, actions, and processes they need to develop their own successes, and help others to achieve their goals.
There are two primary responsibilities to Millionaire’s Club members aside from attending the meetings. Those are: to help people, and to never stop learning. The Club openly admits that membership alone isn’t a guarantee to millionaire status. However, what they do clearly state is that it is up to each individual member to provide the necessary determination, commitment, and perseverance to achieving his or her own goals. With those, and the application of the formula (and the support of the club) millionaires can be created in as few as 2 years, and commonly within 5 years.

Our City of Chandler, Arizona General Information and Main Numbers
City of Chandler, Arizona
Chandler, Arizona , is a rapidly growing city with a rich history and full culture. Chandler’s business community ranges from small businesses to large corporations , in virtually every kind of industry; each welcomed to the city with unequaled opportunities.
Chandler, Arizona, is a city located in the Maricopa County and is one of the primary Phoenix suburbs. The population of Chandler - as in most large suburban areas - is booming, having risen from 30,000 people in 1980, to 234,939 in 2007 (according to the City of Chandler Homepage at http://www.chandleraz.gov ).
The city is named after Dr. Alexander John Chandler , who, in 1891 became the very first veterinary surgeon in the whole of the Arizona Territory. He settled on a ranch located just south of Mesa, where he studied irrigation engineering. Nine years later, he was developing the plans for a town site known as the Chandler Ranch, which opened on May 17, 1912. A town center had been established by 1913.
Since the 1910s, Chandler’s culture has revolved around the prominent ostrich farming that has gone on in the area, leading to the annual Ostrich Festival - held by the Chandler Chamber of Commerce - which is celebrated by area residents of all ages.
Until the 1950s, the population growth of Chandler was very slow, with fewer than 4,000 people. By 1980, the population had blossomed, and was matching Phoenix’s metropolitan area with its growth rate.
This growth had a great deal to do with the amount of business and industry that moved into the Chandler area. With enormous corporations such as Motorola and Intel making homes there, large businesses were welcomed with open arms, especially when it comes to respected technology firms.
Furthering the business development in the area was the opening of the 1.3 million square-foot shopping mall known as the Chandler Fashion Center .
Today, Chandler’s doors are open to businesses of all sizes, many of which are members of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce . From the shopping centers both brick-and-mortar and online, to the different cafes and restaurants, the large corporations, and the family farms, it seems that Chandler has it all.
Real estate is in a continuous boom in Chandler, since the employment rate remains high. Tract housing is a common traditional form of housing development in the area, with condos joining the popular choices.
For a business owner, families looking for a great place to live, or someone seeking the opportunity for a great start with fresh opportunities, Chandler has something to offer everyone.
